Summary:

 The article deals with the establishment and the creation of the state of Israel which was internationally recognized. It continued by a brief outline of the history of British mandate Palestine and of the UN´s role in conflict and the sketch of targets of resolution by UNGA. The core of thesis was created by analysis of status of Israel. Israel  was internationally recognized by many states  and has became  a  new actor in the international relations. Israel remains the only jewish  state in the world, whose right to existence dominates by constantly debates and challenges not only by  its Arab enemies. The author tries to point out by new perspective glance the international and legal aspects of the creation of the state in international environement and the role of international instruments and the United Nations.
