Summary:
The aim of this contribution is to explain the nature and way of application of mechanisms of judicial and quasi-judicial protection of rights of persons belonging to national, ethnic, linguistic and religious minorities in the sense of existing valid rules of international public law elaborated in the scope of the United Nations, Council of Europe and European Union.
